Aimer Lingerie Factory (previous scheme)
Aimer Lingerie is a leading national company in producing under- and bodyware and started their business back in 1992.
In recent years the importance of lingerie and lingerie related products increased more and more, therefore the client is now planning to build a factory which is not only housing a production line, but is somehow able to represent an image of his company and the label to the outside.
The main key points of the design are “presentation” as a general idea or feature, the “representation” of the company image to the outside and a “system of layering“ different functions on top of each other.
The presentation of the factory itself, with its production and assembly line, facilities for staff, as there are canteen and sports facilities are exposed through a transparent layer, a floor, which is totally transparent and accessible, also through a transparent façade.
The feature of the layering introduces functions, which are horizontally stacked on top of each other. The base is formed by the storage and distribution, which is covered by a green roof or carpet, which can be utilized by both workers and also leading staff.
On top of the “transparent layer” internal, more private functions as living (dormitory), offices and VIP areas are added.

爱慕内衣工厂
爱慕内衣有限公司成立于1992年，是国内内衣行业的领军人物。由于女士内衣和内衣相关产品受到越来越多的关注，所以委托人想建造一个可以代表企业形象和宣扬企业文化的内衣工厂。
因此，怎么去“诠释和表现”成为了整个设计的关键点。在准确的诠释出企业的形象和个性的同时，还要把不同功能合理的组织进层叠的楼层里。
我们把生产装配线和共享功能（如餐厅和体育设施），都放在一个完全透明的层内，使其暴露于外部。其他功能则以各种姿态水平放置于这个透明层之上。整个建筑的基础由储藏空间和物流中心组成，其表面覆盖着一层绿色植被，职工可以在上面活动。在透明层上方的内部，安排一些私人空间（如宿舍，办公以及贵宾室）。
建筑物层叠的形象暗示了内部不同的功能，企业个性由透明性感的立面表皮刻画出来。
